Helix Landscape Design & Construction builds resort-caliber outdoor environments across Gilbert, Mesa, Queen Creek, Chandler and Scottsdale. We are a design-build firm, which means the people who draw your plan are the people accountable for building it.
We take on a limited number of estates each year so every project gets a dedicated superintendent, self-performed masonry and finish crews, and weekly reporting you don't have to chase. That structure is why our work photographs well years later, not just the week it was handed over.

Design contracts start at $1,500 and produce a buildable plan: site measurements, grading, material selections and photoreal 3D renderings you can walk through before construction is priced.

Financing
Build now, pay over time
Many of our clients fund their project through a home improvement loan rather than pulling from savings. We'll introduce you to lending partners who specialize in pool and outdoor living projects, then work to your approved budget.
Pre-qualify
A soft credit check gives you a working budget before design begins.
Fixed terms
Simple monthly payments with no prepayment penalty from most lenders.
Draw schedule
Funds release by construction milestone, so you pay for progress.
Financing is provided by third-party lenders. Approval, rates and terms are set by the lender and are not guaranteed by Helix.

The Process
Four phases, one team
I
Discovery
A property walk and budget conversation. We confirm scope, site constraints and whether Helix is the right firm for the work.
II
Design
Concept plans, material boards and 3D renderings so you approve the finished space before a single trench is cut.
III
Build
Permits, engineering and self-performed crews under one superintendent. Weekly progress reporting, no phase hand-offs.
IV
Handover
Systems walkthrough, planting care plan and a warranty file. We stay reachable long after the final invoice.
Investment
Projects begin at $45,000
We publish our minimum out of respect for your time. Below that number we can't staff a project with the crews, engineering and oversight our standard requires, and we'd rather tell you now than three weeks into a design.

Focused scope
Hardscape, turf, a masonry feature and lighting complete a defined portion of the yard.
$90k – $180k
Full backyard
New pool or major remodel with decking, shade structure, kitchen and planting.

Estate program
Whole-property master plan: pool and spa, courts, ramadas, water features, phased delivery.
Ranges reflect typical completed Helix projects. Final investment depends on site conditions, access, engineering and material selections.
